Hi, I'm Tristan.
I’ve spent 20+ years in the tech industry, providing services for Fortune 25 companies, the Ministry of Defence, the NHS, and even Buckingham Palace.
Now, I’m back home in NZ running Tech2U. My goal is simple: to share my passion for technology with my neighbours here in Whangaparāoa, Silverdale, and Orewa.
I’m not a call centre or a franchise. I’m just your friendly local tech geek, and I’m here to help share my expertise.
From the time of booking we will help get you support. The more you share, the more we can help. We also don't only fix a single issue, we will attend to all the support queries you have during our time with you. Make us a long list!
Once we agree, we will come visit you at your home. We will bring some tools and a wealth of technical knowledge to help with all the usual queries we get. If you have something tricky, let us know in advance!
While we are there, we want to focus on your main concern, let us know what you want sorted as top priority on the list. Once we resolve that we will work down your list.
We will record some notes on your account, if you didn't use all the time we keep the spare time on record for any future visits. Any outstanding amounts will need to be paid, we offer contactless payment, cash, bank transfer and other options as needed.
